產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) |
1、壬基酚聚氧乙烯（4）醚硫酸銨是陰離子表面活性劑。
2、它泡沫豐富、去污力良好以及其溫和性，可廣泛用于民用品、工業(yè)領(lǐng)域；但因組分中含有酚醚，除非嚴(yán)格規(guī)定，產(chǎn)品還是可以用在諸如在化妝品、餐洗劑方面、汽車玻璃清洗劑、殺蟲劑等方面的。
3、在乳液聚合方面，可作為乳化劑與穩(wěn)定劑使用，適用于醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸酯、氯乙烯、苯乙烯、苯丙和醋丙等乳液的合成。

用法與用量 |
1. 作為乳液聚合后添加劑建用量議0.1-0.3%（基于總量）。
2. 為獲得最佳性能，應(yīng)在分散前添加，使用量在很大程度上取決于應(yīng)用體系，建議用戶在使用前通過實(shí)驗(yàn)確定最佳添加量。
3. 因?yàn)槿軇┑膿]發(fā)會導(dǎo)致凝膠，如果發(fā)生凝膠需加入少量的乙醇（1-2%），滾動桶直至凝膠全部消失。如果出現(xiàn)凍融現(xiàn)象，建議在使用以前進(jìn)行充分?jǐn)嚢琛?/span>

包裝與儲存 |
200kg/桶 。貯存在常溫下，避免陽光直射，不用時將容器密封。
保質(zhì)期：常溫下可貯存12個月以上。

Features |
1.FTRT® SAA-460 is an anionic surfactant.
2.It is rich in foam, good detergency and mildness, can be widely used in civilian products, industrial fields; because the components contain phenol ether, the products can be used in such as cosmetics, household detergents, automotive glass cleaners, killing Insecticides and other aspects (except for the prohibition of use).
3.It can be used as an emulsifier and stabilizer in emulsion polymerization. It is suitable for the synthesis of emulsions such as vinyl acetate, acrylate, vinyl chloride, styrene, styrene and acetoacetate.

Usage and dosage |
1.If used as the primary emulsifier, the dosage is 0.3-1.0% (based on the total amount).
2.For best performance, it should be added before dispersion. The amount of use depends largely on the application system. It is recommended that the user determine the optimum amount by experiment before use.
3.Because the solvent volatilizes, it will cause gelation. If gelation occurs, a small amount of ethanol (1-2%) should be added and rolled until the gel disappears completely. If freezing and thawing occurs, it is recommended to stir well before use.

Packaging and storage |
200kg/drum. Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, and seal the container when not in use.
Shelf life: It can be stored for more than 12 months at room temperature.
